Product Return Information RETURN IS EASY!

For our online customers, if your purchased item is not suitable for any reason, we are happy to offer you a refund. Please note the following terms and conditions for a refund:

  • You must return any full price items within 21 days and 14 days for any sales items —starting from the day you receive the items in the post, not the date of purchase.
  • Complete the Returns Form and enclose it with your returned items
  • All returned items must be in their original condition unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange jewelry, cosmetics, lingerie, hosiery and swimwear due to hygiene purposes
  • We ask you to ensure that when you try on any of our lingerie that you do so over the top of your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse refund if this procedure has not been followed.
  • We know sometimes that mail services can experience hold-ups, meaning your returned items may be late getting to us. In these cases, we will not penalise you and will still refund your returned items if you have made the effort to get them to us on time.
  • Returning your order via the Post Office or Courier is dependent on the Postal Service that you use, and the return postage cost will need to be paid by you.

All returns must comply with our full Returns Policy.

Unfortunately we don’t accept online exchanges. Alternatively, if you wish to exchange your purchase, you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order.

We recommend that you send your return items back using a trackable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we have received your parcel, we will then process your return and send you receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges.
